Return Policy
- Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Please include your order number and reason for return.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Our Support Team: To start your return, please email us at CustomerService@oohhlala.com with “Return Request” as the subject line. This helps us quickly identify and process your request.
- Prepare Your Return: Package the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address we’ll provide after your return request is processed.
Please Note: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 15 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- Exchanges are not available. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
