Free Shipping & Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping (limited-time offer).

For orders under $99, shipping fees vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Our products are shipped from Taiwan. Estimated shipping times:

  • Asia: 3-5 business days
  • North America: 5-7 business days
  • South America: 5-7 business days
  • Europe: 6-8 business days
  • Oceania: 6-8 business days
  • Other regions: Delivery times may vary

Processing time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days before shipping.

Delivery times may be affected by customs, holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We ship using UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, SF Express, etc.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Address Issues & Delivery Delays
